“Arrowhead” is the latest surprise single from frontier folk artist Hawken Horse. The reflective song centers around finding an arrowhead in the dirt and how it pertains to the listener.

The idea behind the song stems from founder-songwriter Andrew Scott Wills’ love for North American history and the thoughts that ran through his head when he found an arrowhead while out in the woods.

Hawken Horse was created on a solo 14-hour drive from Nashville to Northern Wisconsin for deer season by hit songwriter and history-fanatic Andrew Scott Wills. Determined to merge his gift of songwriting with his passion for the American frontier, Wills writes songs inspired by famous mountain men and movies like Jeremiah Johnson and The Last of Mohicans.

The self-titled debut *Hawken Horse* and viral single “Free” launched Wills into a whirlwind of podcast interviews and magazine features (Muzzleloader Magazine, Bear Grease Podcast, American Frontiersman Magazine etc).
