MusicWire expects submitters to have the rights required to publish and distribute the text, images, audio, video, trademarks, logos, and other materials they provide. This page explains how copyright and intellectual property issues are handled on the platform.

Submitter Responsibility

Anyone submitting materials to MusicWire is responsible for ensuring they have the authority to use and distribute those materials. This includes press release text, images, logos, embedded media, links, quotes, and related promotional assets.

Reporting Alleged Infringement

If you believe material on MusicWire infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, send a notice to hello@popfiltr.com with the relevant URL, the material at issue, the basis of your claim, and documentation sufficient to review ownership or authorization.

Review Process

MusicWire may request additional information, contact the submitter, restrict access to disputed material, or remove content where appropriate. We review claims in light of the information provided, platform records, and applicable legal obligations.

Repeat Issues and Enforcement

MusicWire may suspend or limit users, submissions, or accounts that repeatedly submit infringing, deceptive, or unauthorized materials, or otherwise use the platform in a way that creates repeated rights or compliance risk.
