The Taproots Release Their Second Studio Album, “Comedy of Fools”

California Americana-rock duo The Taproots return with their second studio album, “Comedy of Fools,” available now on all major streaming platforms. Following the critically acclaimed “အနုပညာအကြံပြုချက်များ,” the album presents a new set of original, lyric-driven compositions that continue the duo’s storytelling-focused approach.

The album was recorded at Momboe Studios in Woodland Hills by Michael C. Mason, with engineer/mixer Ross Pallone (Christopher Cross, Chris Isaak), with three tracks cut at Oppossumopolis Studio in Los Osos, CA by Steve Ahlgrim. Walters and Cassingham are backed by a supporting cast of studio players who have worked with the likes of Leon Russell, Michael McDonald, Peter Asher, and many others.
