“This is the most groove-centred track I’ve ever made,” says Chung. “It’s inspired by the gospel music I grew up hearing my dad play, but with my indie voice and some R&B and disco sensibilities folded in. It’s a song about remembering the good, especially in difficult situations and trusting that love and community are still there, even when things feel heavy.”

It is both a nod to Chung’s Californian upbringing and a testament to the collaborative, cross-cultural artistry he's cultivated in Scotland.
