As they prepare to end 2025 with a sold-out UK headline tour ahead of a huge two-night celebration at Dublin’s 3Arena, Kingfishr release an expanded Deluxe Edition of their all-conquering debut album Halcyon - available everywhere HEREThe original release of the Platinum album cemented their breakthrough success by storming to #1 on the Official Irish Albums Chart and to #7 in the UK – all assisted by the phenomenon that is “Killeagh”, a single ti o ti tẹsiwaju 10 ọsẹ ni #1 ni Ireland, ibi ti o ti wa ni certificated a iyanu 12 x Platinum ni Ireland.
The Deluxe Edition adds four previously unreleased tracks that the trio are resolutely proud of, and they collectively demonstrate just how inspired Kingfishr were throughout the writing and recording process. They’re songs that were only omitted in an effort to keep the record lean and direct, whilst always maintaining a consistent tone.
The focus track “Hold Me Down” shows that the new material fits in effortlessly next to the original album. It neatly encapsulates all of the qualities that allowed Kingfishr to make such a powerful connection with fans: the pop-leaning gift for melody and instantly enticing percussion; the way Irish trad influences such as its banjo motif brings fresh, distinctive textures; and especially how its evocative lyrics hit the intersection between timeless romance, a touch of heartbreak and uplifting optimism for what comes next. Watch the official visualizer HERE, which features BTS content from the band's Halcyon era.
The Deluxe Edition adds three other new tracks, which expand upon the band’s original Halcyon "All The Time Between Us" jẹ bi o wa ni o wa bi o ba wa ni ọkan ninu ọkan ninu awọn oniwe-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọjọ-ọ Halcyon albo irresistible iyanu.
This year has seen Kingfishr consistently level up on the live front, with highlights including their first outdoor headline shows in Ireland, their debut sold-out North American tour, international festivals, and their recently completed sold-out European tour. But 2025 wasn’t long enough to match the intense public demand to see them in action, so bigger things are on the horizon in the year to come, such as a run of huge Irish summer shows, their biggestLondon gigs so far at the O2 Academy Brixton, and an Australian tour. Almost all shows are already sold out - please see HERE for remaining tickets. Otherwise, stay tuned for what comes next...
