DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

  6. Your name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.

Notices that lack any of the above information may be deemed incomplete and may not receive a response.

3. MusicWire’s Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:

  1. We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  2. We will notify the uploader or account holder that the content has been removed or disabled.
  3. We will provide the copyright owner’s notice to the uploader so they may file a counter‑notification if they believe the removal is in error.

4. Counter‑Notification
