‘Pride’ is a hauntingly beautiful piano ballad by Dressed Like Boys and one of the many highlights on the self-titled debitē album coming on 29 August. It’s an emotional indie song about frontman Jelle Denturck and his boyfriend being physically assaulted — a bold stand against queer bigotry, and a powerful opening statement for Pride Month.

Following a strong performance at The Great Escape (UK), Dressed Like Boys will embark on a European tour, with stops including Pukkelpop (BE), Gent Jazz (BE) and Haldern Pop (DE).

This fall, the band will appear at renowned showcase festivals including Live at Heart (Örebro, SE), Reeperbahn Festival (Hamburg, DE) and Nürnberg Pop (Nürnberg, DE).‍
