Today, Australian pop trio and noted ones to watch Blusher wave their checkered flag and unveil their new EP RACER via Warner Music Australia. Listen HERE. The six-track collection is led by the singles “RACER”, “WHATEVERWHATEVER”, and “LAST MAN STANDING”, and dives into a world where you are on a night out with Blusher and experiencing all of the coming-of-age themes with them. Those tracks are joined today by the foot-to-the-floor pop banger “DON’T LOOK AT ME LIKE THAT”, the playful “MARATHON”, and the ethereal and melodramatic EP closer “RUNNING TO YOU”.

RACER hears Jade, Lauren, and Miranda honing a bold sound within fresh synth-pop and dreamy nostalgia that delivers inescapable melodies and a nonchalant escapism from start to finish. Rolling Stone Australia said, “RACER is like a smack in the chops with six successive glitter bombs”.

“RACER is the sound of your three best friends (us) bursting into your room and convincing you to come on a night out. We wrote this EP as a soundtrack to becoming the boldest, most resilient, daring, and full-speed version of yourself. It’s about being the ones to start the dancefloor, not caring who’s watching, and truly having the most fun. So many chaotic late nights, production sessions on aeroplanes, unsolicited love advice, and deeply biased pep talks with each other went into making these songs. It’s our proudest and favourite work yet. We combined strengths and figured out how to turn heartbreak into a team sport.”
“This EP will get you through whatever marathon you’re running, from the starter pistol of ‘RACER’ to the final sprint of ‘RUNNING TO YOU’. It’s a celebration of the friendships that make you braver, unfiltered joy, and the people who light you up. When it comes to heartfelt hot girl sh*t, you’ve got us by your side.”

About

Blusher are establishing themselves as an unstoppable live act. Earlier this year, they completed a North American tour supporting Swedish hitmakers NOTD and performed at Coca-Cola Sip And Sounds Festival alongside Halsey, Khalid, and Benson Boone and Riverbeat Festival alongside Missy Elliott and The Killers. They also delivered a highly praised set at triple j’s One Night Stand, where they notably brought Jordi Davieson from San Cisco on stage for a dreamy cover of “Awkward”.

Over the past two years, they have supported Sugababes, Tove Lo, Aurora, and The Rions in Australia, and Dadi Freyr in the UK, Europe, and North America. Additionally, in the UK, they played at BST Hyde Park headlined by Kylie Minogue, performed at Latitude Festival, as well as their debut London headline show. In December 2024, they conducted their debut sold-out headline Australian tour.

2024 saw Blusher release four standalone singles, including “Somebody New’” (peaked at #47 on the airplay chart), “Overglow”, “24 Hours in Paris”, “Accelerator”, and “Rave Angel”, all of which followed on from their 2023 debut EP Should We Go Dance? . Their discography boasts over 14 million global streams and has seen them accumulate over 590K Spotify monthly listeners.

In April 2025, Blusher partnered alongside Warner Music Australia with MECCA MAX to present Max Vol. Tubing Mascara - a smudge-free, high-impact voluming tubing mascara. It also saw their track “RACER” taking center stage along with the girls in the campaign, which you can see HERE.
