Lullaboy Makes History As First Singapore Artist to Perform at Summer Sonic Bangkok 2025

Singapore-based Indonesian R&B soul-pop sensation lullaboy (Bernard Dinata) is set to make history this summer as the first Singapore-bred artist ever to grace the stage at the legendary Summer Sonic Festival in Bangkok on August 24, 2025. The groundbreaking performance will see lullaboy share the spotlight with global superstars Alicia Keys, 21 Savage, Camila Cabello, and Black Eyed Peas.
"It's an incredible honor to represent Singapore & Indonesia on a stage of this magnitude," said lullaboy. "To perform alongside legends like Alicia Keys and the Black Eyed Peas is beyond anything I dreamed possible. I hope this opens more doors for Southeast Asian artists everywhere."
The announcement coincides with the release of lullaboy's emotionally charged new single 'i don't like u (but i love u)', the fifth track from his highly anticipated third album 'hotels & heartbreaks'. The introspective anthem explores the complex dynamics of love and compatibility, born from a deeply personal conversation that reshaped the artist's understanding of relationships.
"If you don't like the person you love, will it last?" lullaboy asks, encapsulating the central question that drives the track's raw, reflective narrative. The song emerged from a quiet moment with someone close to lullaboy, who shared a simple yet profound observation about their breakup: "I loved her, but I didn't like her."
lullaboy's Summer Sonic Bangkok appearance follows an extraordinary 2024 that saw the artist achieve several historic milestones, including being the only artist to close all six nights of Taylor Swift's Eras Tour and becoming the first Singapore artist to perform at the inaugural Waterbomb SG.
With over 100 million streams across platforms and a devoted global fanbase, lullaboy has established himself as the "healer of the broken-hearted," building his following one love song at a time across USA, Singapore, and Indonesia.
'i don't like u (but i love u)' is available now on all streaming platforms.
